  • All items are described honestly and clearly.

  • Because items are pre-owned, small signs of wear may be present unless stated otherwise.

  • Photos show the actual item whenever possible.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is processed securely through the selling platform (Mercari, Shopify, etc.).

  • Sales tax may apply based on Illinois law or platform rules.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within [1–3 business days] after payment clears.

  • Tracking is provided when available.

  • LuxeUp is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
